When you upload your product template, there are multiple columns where RevCascade is expecting image URLs. If there are problems with your images, the cause is most likely with the URLs that you supplied in the product template.
Public URLS
RevCascade expects that the URLs you supply in the image columns are publicly accessible images that can be accessed from any computer or device. It's also important to point out that your image URLs need to point to the image itself (and not to a preview html page with the image embedded in the markup). If your image urls end with .jpg or .png, you're probably on the right track.
If your retail partner informs you that your images aren't loading, double check the URLs to make sure they do point to an actual image and not to a preview page or a "404 Not Found" page.
Dropbox URLs
Dropbox is the most common cloud storage service RevCascade vendors use to share images. Many vendors that store their images in Dropbox often supply Dropbox URLs in their image columns. This will not work with RevCascade because, as described above, the default dropbox URLs do not link directly to the image. Instead, the Dropbox URLs lead to "preview" style webpages where the raw image is deeply embedded in the preview page markup.
