Why is my file not loading to create my proposal?

If you are having issues with loading a file for your proposal, the following may be happening:

Upload will typically show as a “success” however, above will state 0 items. 

1. The file you are importing has multiple tabs
   • Only 1 tab can be imported, remove all tabs except for the RevCascade Export tab

   • The file is not uploading properly because of the additional tabs on the file.  You will need to delete this proposal and start a new one.  On the new proposal you will need to delete the additional tabs on the bottom of the file prior to uploading.  Those tabs are:  Field Descriptions, Product Description Guidelines, and Expected Values.

2. Line items on the file may be exceeding the line limitations. Proposal line limitations cannot exceed 100 line items.
