When deleting products from proposals, it is important to know that if in the future you wish to import a new proposal against these products but the proposal you deleted the products from is still in a draft, proposed or revised status you will be unable to build a new proposal or the the proposal may not have all anticipated products available to submit against.

How to change products Sellable & Discontinued Attribute?
Step 1: Click on the Proposal you wish to delete item(s) from
Step 2: Click GO on the Review Product Data Workflow Step
Step 3: Click on the SKUs button above the search bar
Step 4: Enter the SKU # which needs to be deleted from the proposal
Step 5: Click the check box next to the desired SKU you wish to remove from the proposal
Step 6: Click the More Actions drop-down at the top right-hand corner of the page
Step 7: Click Remove Items..
Step 8: Select Reason Type
Step 9: Click Remove Items - The item(s) are now no longer available on the proposal
**NOTE: It is important that the item(s) are also deleted from the file associated with the proposal.
