Revised Product Proposals | How to review and Resubmit
Once the Retailer has received and reviewed your proposal(s), they may request a change against the submitted product attributes.
You can review the revisions by clicking on Revised within your Proposal Summary page.
If a revision was submitted due to a product update/change request, you will notice a red circle next to button Issues on the left-hand side of your screen indicating the number of issues associated to that proposal
Click on the bolded text (i.e. Description)
After you have clicked on the Issues button and the described Issue, The items associated to the issue can be viewed by clicking on View Items. All affected items will appear in a pop-up screen for you to reference which products are required to be updated and/or changed per the retailers request.
Once the revision requests against the item(s) have been reviewed, you will want to resubmit the file with the requested revisions to apply updates under the More Actions drop down by clicking Summary on the left-hand side of the screen.
- To ensure that you are importing the correct file, you have access to the most recent file uploaded on the more actions dropdown under Upload History
- Click View Upload History
- Click on the file name to download the most recent uploaded file
After re-submitting the file go back to Issues, on the left-hand side of your screen and click Resolve Issue to mark the issue as “resolved” before submitting back to the retailer
Once the issue(s) have been resolved, go to Workflow and click Return Proposal. This will submit back to the Retailer for review and approval.
