How to change the "Sellable" and "Discontinued" product attribute

Changing Product Attributes: Sellable & Discontinued

Option 1: Manually updating attribute within the RevCascade portal

1. Navigate to the inventory page - Click on the Inventory button on the left-hand side of any RevCascade console screen

1. Click on the item that needs to be updated
2. Under the Update section - Click Edit 
3. Change “Is Sellable” to Yes or No
4. Change “Discontinued” to Yes or No

Option 2: Update attribute via RevCascade Import Function - Using Inventory File

1. Navigate to the Inventory page - Click on the Inventory button on the left-hand side of any RevCascade console screen

2. Click Export at the top right-hand corner of page

3. Click Export on pop-up (this will email you an excel file of your product inventory)
4. Once you have received your inventory file, follow the below steps to update these product attributes :

1. Find item(s) on excel sheet - change Sellable Column “E” to Yes or No
2. Find item(s) on excel sheet - change Discontinued Column “F” to Yes or No

5. Once the inventory file has been updated you will want to save the file and click the Click Import button at the top right-hand corner of inventory page within console

6. Select the RevCascade Inventory Feed template
7. Choose desired file
8. Click Save & Schedule Import
