In the event that an order is to be cancelled, whether it is because of a Retailers Request, Fulfilment issues, ect.. You can process order cancellations within the Platform either in bulk or on an individual order.
Canceling Multiple Orders
Step 1. Navigate to the Orders page and select one of the pre-filtered Order categories.
Step 2. Select the order(s) that you wish to Cancel by checking the box next to the order.
Step 3. After you have selected the desired orders, click the Actions dropdown menu.
Step 4. Select Cancel Orders
Step 5. A pop-up window will appear. Your team will need to complete the required information before you can submit your cancellation request.
Step 6. Enter the Reason as to why you are submitting a cancellation request Reason Codes
Step 7. After you have selected the Reason, click the Cancel All Orders button
Step 8. Once the system has completed processing your cancellation request, and there are no issues with the order(s) you will see in green text that the request has been completed.
Canceling order from Order Detail Page
Step 1.
- Navigate to the Orders page
- Select one of the pre-filtered Order categories.
- Select an order that you want to fulfill by clicking on the link in the PO # column.
Step 2. Click the Cancel Items button on the top of the order detail page.
Step 3. Select the reason for the cancelation and the items(s)being canceled from the order.
Step 4. Click Cancel Items
